Yes, you should be able to use all 16 at 1KHz concurrently. There was a bug that might explain this that got fixed long ago. Are you running ancient firmware by any chance? Also, just verifying that you're using USB as opposed to Bluetooth, because Bluetooth might not be able to keep up with the data rate.
