You need to:
1. Power off the IOIO.
2. Bridge boot to GND.
3. Connect the IOIO to the PC. The yellow LED should be on.
4. Remove the bridge. The LED should blink a few times, then turn off.
5. Now the IOIO should be correctly identified.
