I don't see in the datasheet anything to mention correct operation at 3.3V.
So I recommend you use 5V, 47k:150k divider or so (will scale your voltage
reading by 0.761), with a ceramic capacitor (say, anywhere between10nF and
10uF) in parallel with the low-side resistor.
