1. Using IOIODude, verify which version of firmware you have on your
   board. Consider upgrading to v5 if that's not the case.
   2. Grab the pre-built HelloIOIO.apk from the software bundle matching
   your firmware version (for example, if your board has v5.x, use the latest
   v5.x software bundle).
   3. If that works, the problem is with your app. Most likely you either
   built it against the wrong version of IOIOLib (same rules as above apply)
   or you forgot to link in some of the libraries. If none of those hints
   help, take a look at logcat for some more information.
