Thanks Ytai! but now I have a minor problem..While checking the app version 
on my IOIO I use this command : ./ioiodude --port=/dev/tty<whatever> 
versions... In place of <whatever> I have to put my port like IOIO0/1/2/3 
etc?..Or what?
