Thanks for the quick reply! There are several possible issues with IOIO and 
fast charging (fuse, trace widths and contact resistance etc.) but as you 
said, the main thing is to signal to the device that it can pull more 
current.
Maybe it's a question to other users - has anyone used the IOIO with Galaxy 
Tab while charging it?
