These interruptions are typical to attempting to connect. I don't know why they happen. They *should* go away as soon as a connection is established. Are you intending to eventually run this over Bluetooth? If not, you can either unpair the IOIO or disable Bluetooth or not link IOIOLibBluetooth into your app. If you do, be warned that 12 analog inputs over Bluetooth is approaching the bandwidth limitations.
