I'm not aware of such devices. They're are micro A to female A adapters
that are not cables, just a rigid piece. Might be still too big for you.
Using the IOIO v1 might not be a bad alternative as long as you can get an
older (<4.1) Android only for upgrading the firmware to the latest.
