Unfortunately, device producer does not issue datasheet. Technical manual 
says: 2.2k ohm pull-up, and it has logic high at pull-up voltage of host 
interface for that  interface logic level output.
To be on safe side I opened with DigitalInput.Spec.Mode.PULL_UP parameter 
even device has pull-up. It worked. I hope I do not get any problem with 
IOIO in the long run with this.
