Good day. I am using a ioio otg for a prototype of a product. The product requires a female USB A input and there is not room inside the housing to use the B - A cable provided with the board. I am therefore wanting to connect a USB female to the ioio board. I see that there are little connection pads for connecting a USB underneath the board - VBus, D+, D-, ID and Gnd. Is it feasible to connect these to a USB A Female port? And if so what should I do with the cable in the USB chord that is connected to the shield of the usb? Should I ground it? I have read conflicting advise on the internet.
Thanks in advance for advice Michael -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ioio-users" group.
