As I thought, the file is corrupt. To download properly:
Either *click* the QR code on the downloads page or *click* the file name
in the github page and then click *raw*. Do* not* right-click and "save as".

The .zip file is not relevant to IOIODude, this is the Java code that goes
on your Android / PC.

No idea why you're not able to get the blinking. Could be that you have a
bad contact between the boot pin and GND upon power-up.
