The only reason I wasn't running the latest was because I was learning to 
work through all the nuances of setting up Eclipse among trying to figure 
out what exactly I needed to run on and with the IOIO OTG. Somewhere on the 
way I probably got a few things mixed up with versions and not getting the 
results I wanted out of setting up the work-space. Definitely some newbee 
experience issues.

After having the success with APP_0400, I did in build the APP0504 projects 
(just Hello IOIO) USB and Bluetooth are now working. Thank you. It simply 
took me more time to comb back through all the material and re-read.

Thank again. This is a great little platform. I ordered another OTG to play 
with. Hopefully I can rapid build up more programming experience.
