Is it true, that firmware upgrade cannot be done using Win 8.1 PC ? I tried to connnect IOIO to W 8.1 but windows does not recognize the device. I got bootloader running. My laptop has micro B USB and I used standard USB A to micro B USB cable. Is there any specific reason why IOIO board has very rare micro A connector ? So, I have to switch to W7 PC I cannot find any micro A USB cables to connect IOIO to W7 laptop, having normal USB connector (female). I would need to have male-male USB cable, that is also very hard to find ! (or male-male adapter) Any solutions ?
