That it's not very likely to be feasible: even if there exists a camera
that can use one of the protocols supported by the IOIO or you modified the
IOIO to be able to talk to a camera and a host at the same time, I'm not
sure that the IOIO would keep up with video bandwidth.
For still images you may use a serial camera module.
