Is the question about using the IOIO while charging the Android?
If so, this normally works. If it does not in your case, it is likely an
issue specific to the Android devices you're using. Just to double-check:
you should connect the IOIO so that it is in HOST mode, i.e. that the "A"
side of the USB cable goes to the IOIO and the B side to the Android.
