It is not possible to connect that IOIO to move that one USB device at the
same time. Also, the IOIO does not have drivers for a USB barcode scanner.

Possible solutions:

   1. Scan the barcode using the Android camera (there are apps for that).
   2. Find a barcode scanner with an I2C / UART (serial) interface.
