I tried HelloIOIO.apk on my android and I don't think the phone could see
the IOIO via bluetooth to pair.  I tried the OTG adapter and plugged the
IOIO into the android via USB and it didn't seem to power on with the
switch in either position.

Let's try another IOIO board with my laptop if you have one handy.
