I followed along with the wiki on how to upgrade the firmware. I successfully got up to the step where you write the firmware
ioiodude --port=/dev/tty.usbmodemfa141 --reset write App-IOIO0500.ioioapp when i run this it says -bash: ioiodude: command not found. and yes, I am in bootloader mode. I tried it a few times.
