You probably need to disable USB debugging. Newer devices do not support
ADB mode but only AOA mode. Also, try the precompiled HelloIOIO.apk before
your own compiled version, in case there are any build-related problems.
Last, PIC24FJ256DA206 is a name of a microcontroller (used on the IOIO v1),
not a firmware revision.
