Have you seen the Eclipse Troubleshooting wiki page <https://github.com/ytai/ioio/wiki/Eclipse-Troubleshooting>? What you're seeing might be a problem of checking the "copy into workspace" option while importing or otherwise importing from an archive. Otherwise, please let me know what are the actual compiler errors on the IOIOLibPc / IOIOLibAndroid projects (they would be in the "problems" tab in Eclipse).
