I haven't seen any for sale like that. Its real easy to solder them on though, and if you can't even do that the chances of being able to accomplish anything with the board are low. If I were you I would get a decent iron, solder those puppies on there, and keep on rolling. Get some kind of third hand rig to hold the board in place for you while you work on it.
