I am using an IOIO OTG board from sparkfun (DEV-12633) with an open
source App called SpeedFreq for in car telemetry (low budget endurance
racing). I have a 12v to 5v converter power supply wired to the car
battery to power the IOIO, which had been also effective charging my Moto
G. The purpose of the IOIO board is to read a wideband O2 sensor which has
an output of 0 to 2.5 volts. Last weekend before I had the actual sensor
hooked up I mimicked a 1.5 volt sensor and the IOIO board connected to the
app, charged the phone and worked great.

Today I got the actual sensor hooked up (2.5 volt max) and now the IOIO
board does not connect to the App although it does charge the phone. I
played around with current pot on the IOIO board and although I can find
the spot where there is enough current to charge the phone, this did not
change the fact the IOIO board is not connecting to the app.

I have confirmed that the O2 sensor is providing 2.5 v and that the pin
callouts are correct.

Any thoughts on why all of the sudden the board is no longer connecting?

Thanks, kent
