I finally managed to connect a weight sensor ( hx711 ) with the IOIO , using a custom firmware , it reads the sensor only when a device is connected to this. On the Java side , I made an application using IOIOLib and WebView . This app exposes JavaScript interfaces, which are used by small mini -apps that emulate different weight indicators used more commonly.
