On the downloads page <https://github.com/ytai/ioio/wiki/Downloads> you'll find all this information. The zip files in the third column contain the HEX files you're after. You can use either the bootloader-only image and then use IOIODude to install the app (faster) or the combined bootloader+app image (slower, one less step).
