I have no idea what Android 1.1 is. When the IOIO came out 5+ years ago we were in Android 2.x. You're probably talking about a different versioning scheme. I have no experience with the Odroid. What I suggest you to look into is which USB modes it claims to support (USB host, USB accessory, ADB), or simply try them all.
