Depends on how you want the navigation to happen.
WRegion.manager, WRegion.goto, WFloatWS.circulate, WFloatWS.backcirculate,
WFloatWS.managed_list, WIonWS.nextto, WIonWS.farthest, WIonWS.split_tree,
WIonWS.node_of, WSplit*.*, ... could all be relavant.
The goto_multihead script from the scripts repository might also be
helpful if you want to go to the floatws when Ion would normally wrap
to other edge of the ionws.
