first of all, thanks to everybody in here for the help.
once I realize it wasn't a problem related to ion but X, I began
searching in X.org and there I found the 'magic command'-> setxkbmap
the exact syntax is:
setxkbmap -rules xorg -model microsoft -layout es -option ""
it's necessary to write this comand in the xinitrc file, coz if it's
writted on the shell in real-time while ion is loaded, it'll work, but
once ion is closed an re-started, the changes are lost.
hope this will help more people to use this wonderful WM.
