This is mostly a minor bugfix release, but it does also add support
for those space-wasting full-width statusbars that too many people
seem to want, and experimental framed transients. Use
ioncore.set{framed_transients=true} to turn them on. Note that all
frame and mplex bindings will work relative to the transient's
