There's no difference between the border of the screen and the border of
the frames in ion (indeed, I don't agree with this design decision, but
according to Tuomo, it would be very difficult to do otherwise, so I
accept it ;-) ).
So if you set all the pixels to zero, you _will_ have the desired
behavior, with the side effect that you won't have a line separating
your frames when you split the screen. You probably have forgot one.
Attached is a theme which accomplishes this.
