Just installed on a laptop for some out of office testing, and couldn't
recall various things.

This change to the config files hasn't been updated at:

Fortunately I have been reading each mail that passes over this list for
a while now and remembered the change being mentioned...

I have no idea how many "newcomers" ion gets per <insert preferred time
period here>, but I'd have thought it would be worth doing at least a
quick update to the document - mentioning that the files have been
brought together.
