goto workspace menu not updated after creating of WFloatWS in ion-3ds-20060305

hi,
I noticed that the `goto/create workspace' menu is only updated for 
newly created workspaces of the standard type (WIonWS).

the floating and paned workspaces are created and are selectable via

Mod1+number
Mod1+[,.]

but do not appear in the menu (when hitting F9+TAB). only after a 
ion-restart the menu is finally updated and includes the non-standard 
workspaces correctly. this is under MacOS.

is this a ion problem or "somebody else's"?
