The translations (currently cs, de, fi, ru) need to be updated before Ion goes to "rc" stage. This includes both the .po files, and the manual pages. Any translations that have not been upgraded by then, will be removed.
That said, it may be wise to wait a while to see if there are any big problems that might end up changing the translations. I'd suppose it will take at least a month, possibly longer, before the first "rc" is released. -- Tuomo
