Also, you can try the wcirculate.lua script. It filters windows (be careful: windows, not frames) by the specific boolean winprop: winlist_ignore. It works for me.

If yes, I want to write in LUA a function that would act just as ioncore_goto_previous, but would ignore the scratchpads from the focus history list. But I could not find how to access it in LUA.
