No, it works exactly as intended to. Ion handles screens as separate entities with their own sets of workspaces; screens are like frames but without the tabs. The latest version has a -noxinerama option, which will cause Xinerama screen information to be ignored and workspaces split over multiple screens. That version probably is not in Debian yet. -- Tuomo
