Hello all,
I'm having some weird problems with ion-devel-20030627:
When using the standard configuration ion seems to start
fine, but when using my tweaked configuration it fails to
start. That might not be so weird if there was an actual
error in my configuration, however my configuration
actually works! Here's how I know this: If I first start
ion in the default configuration and then move my own
configuration into ~/.ion-devel and restart ion (using
F11) everything works as it should!
When doing a "cold" start with my configuration, ion
issues precisely one complaint to stderr/stdout with looks
like this:
[NNN] X_GrabKey (33) 0x8010: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for
operation)
And then it dies. When starting in the default config and
then restart into my configuration there are just lots of
these
[NNN] X_GrabKey (33)....
errors and they are shown in an error log window with pops
up. Maybe it's an issue with ion not being able to show
the error log window during the initial startup?
(Btw, these warnings/errors seem to be completely harmless
as all the keybindings work fine and could perhaps just be
"filtered out"...?)
Cheers,
