Drawing glitch

When I am in a workspace and start a program which is winprop'd to display
in a specific floating workspace, and then switch to the floating
workspace when the window has been created, the title bar of the newly
created window is red. I'm using look-cleanviolet so it's the wrong
colour. A bug?
