As far as I know, windows that are smaller than tile_size are put
in tiles of that size. Other windows may still stretch the dock, and
alignedment of the tiles then depends on the growth direction and
position of the dock.
If I set tile_size = { width = 48, height = 48 } and outline_style =
"none", and only run xbiff, I see no dock at all, only the xbiff window.
