it is possible to use the aliases of the bash in the personal bash profiles (.bashrc and .bash_profile), also with the ion2 function of the querylib query_exec? In other words I start many utilities, with common options and I do not want really to type them everytime. I have a not very handy solution to start first a xterm over the query_exec function and then start the utilities... Is thery any other solution? Thanks in every case... Thomas.
