Yeah, I've wanted a keyboard like that for a long time now. It would
really shorten the distance you have to move your hand to the mouse.

Another thing I'd really like to see are desktop keyboards with a
"mouse-stick" (like on IBM laptops). It would be enough for most quick
mousing requirements, unless you need precision (at which point you
could change to the regular mouse/trackball). 

Unfortunately not much innovation seems to be going on in this field.
Instead everyone just keeps on adding totally worthless "multimedia"
keys and crap like bluetooth.
