This is just a minor feature improvement and bugfix release.
(Although I did have some plans of Ion3 nearing completion by this time,
there are still many things to do as I've had other (more essential)
things in my mind recently to find the mood for coding. At this time I
can't make a guess as to when I might start coding the remaining things.)

* Made ext_statusbar into a partially C-side module containing a
WStatusBar class that can have a bindmap.

* Added mod_mgmtmode management mode module.

* Fixed (?) tabdrag focus.
2004-11-26:
* PWM bindings setup script now simply loads Ion bindings and
unbinds stuff that would use mod_query.
* Do not show activity/urgency notification for docked and other
client windows that can not be easily focused.
2004-11-25:
* Control modifier now is required for N/P in menus to not
interfere with typeahead.
2004-11-12:
* Fixed floatws reparent.
2004-11-10:
* Added support for workspace-specific working directories. These
can be changed and viewed with the internally overridden commands
'cd' and 'pwd' in the F3 execution query.
2004-11-05:
* ion-statusd parameters are now automatically deduced by
ext_statusbar from the template.
* %% works in statusbar template.
