Strange. It's based on the up-to-date configure.ac from svn (I just did a "svn diff"). The original file, the modified file, and the patch (this time, made with diff -u) can be found here: http://www-verimag.imag.fr/~moy/tmp/ionpatch/ If you still have problems with the patch, you can check that configure.ac.orig corresponds to your version (it should) and if so, replace it with my configure.ac. -- Matthieu
