Hi Radha, I?m not sure the CBOR?s out of Memory error is related with the current payload size limitation. Anyway, recently, payload size limitation has been unshackled from 1kB into limitless by Blockwise Transfer feature. You can apply the latest iotivity code into the simulator for this issue resolving.
