Hey John,
Tinycbor isn't being updated automatically since it's an external
library.
To update tinycbor, run 'git pull' in 'extlibs/tinycbor/tinycbor'.
There is a message on how to update tinycbor but it's listed as a
comment in the code (resource/csdk/stack/src/ocpayloadconvert.c:66).
