Hi All,

I downloaded the WSI flavor of iotivity(iotivity-wsi-dev.zip) from the iotivity
git path.

I am trying to build it for the mips32 platform but while building i am getting
the following error:

/opt/poky/1.7.1/sysroots/x86_64-pokysdk-linux/usr/libexec/mipsel-poky-linux/gcc/mipsel-poky-linux/4.9.1/ld:
 extlibs/libstrophe/libstrophe/.libs/libstrophe.a(libstrophe_la-conn.o):
relocation R_MIPS_HI16 against `__gnu_local_gp' can not be used when making a
shared object; recompile with -fPIC
extlibs/libstrophe/libstrophe/.libs/libstrophe.a: error adding symbols: Bad
value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
scons: *** [out/yocto/mips/release/resource/csdk/liboctbstack.so] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

May I know the reason why I am getting the above errors.

Also let me know whether there is support for MIPS32 platform in
IoTivity-wsi-dev. If so, did any one tried building the same on the MIPS32
platforms.

Thanking you in advance.

Thanks and Regards,

Raghavendra.K
