Hi Joey Yes, they are. But they require that the proposals be first posted to the developer group at large so that any counter arguments be heard. The sysadmins are not supposed to make policy decisions, the developer community does that. 'd say one week after the initial post, if there are no outstanding concerns, we should consider the decision accepted.
