Thiago, This also highlights a breakdown between maintainers. We really need some consistent behaviors regarding tool chain, tool set, dependency, dependency versions. The maintainers are not properly vetting changes in these areas. With limited to no pushback, the message is not making it to the contributors to ask before changing. These capricious changes that impact the entire community are very frustrating and possibly chilling.
