There was no combined liboctbstack when those were started, so I think the
scons scripts to be updated.

There are scripts that combine the libs/headers into a framework under
tools/darwin.



There is a objective-c sdk with dynamic framework for osx/ios, and
the intention wasn?t that most people wouldn?t develop against the C SDK
itself.

Its currently waiting a change for callback, before it can be pushed to
the darwin-objc branch.
