Hi Vijay/Sachin (Security Chair)

Would you mind responding to Madan questions?
We need to plan and assign the resource for the Easy Setup development
according to security plan.

Subject: [dev] Fwd: C++ API for passing DTLS credentials

Hi Sachin,

We are trying to establish a secure communication channel based on the user
input (service security config, etc), and not automatically.

Moreover, we want to have the user application control on the steps below

1) Secure communication channel using DTLS (by application selected cypher
suite)2

2) Perform owner ship transfer

3) Host a resource with some configuration (configure need for .acl, .cps
etc) or control a resource using the secure resource.

As you can see, to achieve these, I think there needs a C++ API support.

So, I would like to know the if during TG meeting these requirements are
discussed and if so is there any schedule discussed.

Thanks,

Madan

Title : C++ API for passing DTLS credentials

Hi Sachin,

I would like to know if there is C++ API support for accessing secured OIC
resources from OIC clients ?

I need to establish DTLS channel between my OIC Client and Server using C++
API before accessing the resource, but I couldn?t find the API to register
the callback needed for passing DTLS credentials.

So, I would like to know if there is any other mechanism to pass the
credentials using C++ API.

Thanks,

Madan
