Hi, if I remember correctly, the only reason that notification manager is
not part of the build process is that it has additional dependencies that
are not on the build machine. If you setup the dependency on your system, I
believe that it will build.

Finishing the build system to include the notification manager is on my list
to complete, but other work has taken precedence.
