Jihun, It is our goal to have the android-api branch merged into IoTivity v.0.9.1 As you know, the Android API implementation is one of the top layers in IoTivity stack and is highly affected by any API or semantic change in the lower layers. At the moment, there are two factors that prevent the Android API branch to be submitted for the review on master: 1) the Connectivity Abstraction branch has to be merged into master 2) the Android API branch has to be integrated with CA. Taking into consideration the current state of the master and CA branches with respect to Android API branch, we assume it will take 2+ weeks to integrate with the connectivity-abstraction branch and address the comments that come up during the review process on android-api branch. At the end of this we should be ready to submit to master for review, we expect to reach this milestone by the end of the month. Jihun, We need to check with the owners of the android-api branch, but this is my understanding of the plan. The plan is to wait for the CA branch to get merged into the master branch and then merge the android-api branch on top of that. So they are gated by the CA branch work.
